HIIVE is an upcoming curated co-living space in Bali, designed exclusively for entrepreneurs, founders, and independent creators. They needed a striking digital presence to capture early interest and waitlist applications before their official launch in 2026.

The Challenge

How do you sell a high-end living experience that hasn't been built yet? The challenge was to create a landing page that didn't just look like a standard real estate brochure, but rather a manifesto for "high-frequency living." The design needed to evoke exclusivity, community, and focus, while driving highly targeted individuals to apply for a spot in their Uluwatu and Pererenan homes.

The Solution

Once again, I put my "ABC to XYZ" philosophy into practice. I owned the entire project lifecycle, moving from structural wireframes in Figma to a fully animated, high-performance site in Framer.

• End-to-End Delivery: By acting as both the designer and developer, I maintained full creative control. Every scroll animation and layout choice was executed perfectly in Framer without losing the original design intent.
• Sleek & Exclusive UI/UX: I used a bold, modern aesthetic with strong typography and structured layouts. The design reflects their core philosophy—no hierarchy, just collective discipline.
• Conversion-Driven Flow: I structured the narrative carefully, leading the user from the overarching mission down to the physical homes, culminating in a frictionless application process.

The Result

The result is a compelling, high-converting landing page that positions HIIVE as the ultimate ecosystem for ambitious builders. It captures the raw energy of Bali's entrepreneurial scene while delivering a flawless, A-to-Z digital experience!
